Mens Esthe
Massage and relaxation service at fixed venues. Oil treatments, lymphatic massage, and aromatherapy performed by therapists. Typical pricing: 60 minutes from ¥12,000, 90 minutes from ¥17,000. Many mens esthe venues operate under general beauty salon licensing rather than Fueiho, so business models vary. This site only lists venues that operate within legal boundaries. Distinction from the Anti-Prostitution Act

Each service type has a different pricing structure. Master five components — course rate, nomination fee, options, transportation, and admission fee — and you can estimate the total up front.
Course Rate (Base Fee)
The base price for your selected time block. Deriheru offers 60/90/120-minute courses; soapland typically S/L courses (80 or 120 min); mens esthe 60/90/120 min. The course rate covers standard service only — options (below) are extra.
Nomination (Shimei) Fee
A fee for requesting a specific cast or therapist. Standard shimei ¥2,000–¥3,000; repeat-customer 'hon-shimei' ¥3,000–¥5,000. Without nomination, the venue assigns any available cast on duty (known as 'free' booking).
Options
Contents vary by service type. Deriheru and soapland offer additional services (specifics listed per venue); mens esthe offers extended treatments (inguinal massage, VIP courses, etc.). Each option typically ¥2,000–¥5,000. Always check the venue's option list in advance.
Transportation & Admission Fees
Deriheru charges a transportation fee (¥2,000–¥5,000 depending on distance) to your location. Soapland and mens esthe may charge a first-visit admission fee (kaikin, ¥1,000–¥3,000) at some venues. Always confirm the total with the venue when booking.

Booking and visit flows differ by service type. Foreign guests typically struggle most with (1) communicating during booking and (2) providing ID on arrival.
Step 1: Venue Selection

Step 2: Booking
Book via phone, LINE, or the venue's web form. If the venue supports English, use it. Otherwise use a translation app (DeepL, Google Translate). Information to provide: preferred date/time, course, nomination preference, preferred cast, contact details (e.g. your hotel name for deriheru).
Step 3: Day-of Flow (by service type)
[Deriheru] The cast calls you ~15 minutes before the appointment. Tell them your hotel room number; the cast comes directly to your room. On arrival: ID check, payment, then service. [Soapland] Arrive at the venue reception at your booked time. ID check and payment, then escorted to a private room. [Mens Esthe] Arrive at reception, change clothes, move to the treatment room.
Step 4: ID Check and Rules
All service types require government-issued ID (passport or residence card). Under-18s are prohibited. Photography and audio recording are strictly forbidden. Verbal abuse, violence, or demands for prohibited services toward cast/therapists will result in immediate removal. Cast members also have the right to refuse any request that violates house rules.
